Background

Support the Mission.

Brotherhood Global is building the missing relational infrastructure men desperately need—belonging, accountability, and identity coherence—through structured Brotherhood circles nationwide.

This isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s infrastructure.

Men are experiencing historic levels of loneliness, withdrawal, substance abuse, and suicide. The crisis persists because most interventions don’t address the root: men lack relational infrastructure. Brotherhood Global builds the foundation underneath male well-being.

"Brotherhood isn’t one intervention among many—it’s the intervention other strategies depend on."

Funding Request

Brotherhood Global is requesting a multi-year investment of $5,000,000, scalable between $2M–$10M, to accelerate a national expansion.

We welcome aligned foundations, organizations, and partners focused on mental health, social well-being, and community strengthening.

Where investment goes

Your support funds a national expansion across four pillars designed to be scalable, measurable, and culturally resonant.

Pillar 1 — Leader Training & Certification

Train leaders who can launch and sustain circles

Develop a world-class training program that equips men to launch circles, facilitate emotional safety, manage group dynamics, and maintain long-term cohesion.

Pillar 2 — Launching Thousands of Local Brotherhood Circles

Launch circles where men actually live

Expand Brotherhood circles across workplaces, universities, community centers, faith communities, recovery programs, veterans groups, and cities and towns of all sizes.

Pillar 3 — National Digital Backbone

Build the connective tissue for national scale

Create a platform to match men with circles, deliver training modules, support leaders, track engagement and outcomes, host virtual circles, and maintain a national map of groups.

Pillar 4 — Research, Evaluation & Public Education

Prove impact and normalize Brotherhood culturally

Partner with evaluation teams to measure well-being, loneliness, purpose, and suicidality risk—then publish learnings, research, and public storytelling to make Brotherhood culturally normal and widely accessible.

5-Year Targets

This is a bold national build—designed for reach and measurable impact.

Built for scale. Built for measurement.

We use a mixed-method evaluation strategy (surveys, interviews, focus groups, and longitudinal data) and publish learnings through annual reporting as the movement grows.
