Dr. Wayne Byrd has dedicated his life to understanding and addressing the root causes of male isolation. Through his personal journey and professional work, he recognized that the traditional models of male interaction were insufficient. Brotherhood Global was born from the realization that men need consistent, structured environments to cultivate belonging, accountability, and identity coherence. His vision is to see a Brotherhood circle within reach of every man.
